The wet material is continuously fed from the feeder to the first layer of the drying plate on the upper part of the dryer, and the rake arm with rake leaves makes a rotary motion to make the rake arm make a rotary motion to make the rake leaves continuously turn over the material. The material flows through the surface of the drying plate along the exponential spiral line. The material on the small drying plate is moved to the outer edge and falls to the outer edge of the large drying plate below. The material on the large drying plate moves inward and falls from the middle. The feed port falls into the lower layer of small drying trays. Both large and small drying plates are arranged alternately so as materials can go through the whole dryer continuously. The heating medium is passed into the hollow drying plate. The heating medium includes saturated steam, hot water and heat transfer oil. The heating medium enters from one end of the drying plate and is exported from the other end. The dried materials will drop from the last layer of the drying plate to the bottom layer of the shell body, and will be moved by rakes to the dischargeport. The moisture escapes from materials and will be removed from the moisture discharge port on the top cover, or the moisture in vacuum-type plate dryer will be discharged from the vacuum pump port on the top cover. The dry material discharged from the bottom layer can be packed directly. By adding auxiliary equipment such as finned heater, solvent recovery condenser, bag filter, dry material back-mixing mechanism, induced draft fan, etc., the drying production capacity can be improved, and the paste-like and heat-sensitive materials can be easily recycled. Solvent, and capable of pyrolysis and reaction operations.
